The festive table is a big responsibility for the hostess. I have a rule – to cook according to new recipes for every holiday. The food turns out to be varied and a topic of conversation arises at the table. I want to share the recipe of my best salad, which I prepared for my husband's birthday.
Salad is variable, as a base you can use both boiled chicken and grated cheese on a coarse grater. Try both options and choose the one you like.
Boil the chicken meat in advance, it can be either a ham or a chicken fillet. Get rid of the skin of a large apple and cut into smaller cubes. Do the same with apricots. After taking them out of the jar, flip them into a colander so that there is no excess moisture. Mix mayonnaise with thick sour cream and lightly whisk, add salt and a little sugar for taste (you can do without sugar if the apple is sweet). Combine all the products, add the dressing and mix, pritrusit with worn cheese.
Serve on green salad leaves, sprinkled with chopped walnuts.
Let the holidays be delicious!
