Step-by-step cooking
Lentil soup is just a fairy tale! I just love this kind of food. The recipes of such soups are always very simple. Lentil soup is quite nutritious, as lentils contain a lot of protein. If you do not put meat ingredients in this soup, then this soup is suitable for vegetarians, but at the same time it will remain as satisfying.
Wash the lentils. I prefer to take red lentils, as they are more tender and boil better and thus give density
Finely chop onion, celery root and parsley root and fry in a frying pan until golden brown.
Cut the brisket into cubes, fry a little.
Lower the sausages into boiling water for a few seconds, remove, cut into circles.
Prepare vegetable broth, bring it to a boil, add the ingredients in the following order: first lentils, then after boiling – fried onions, celery and parsley. Next – brisket and circles of hunting sausages. Cook for 20-25 minutes on low heat.
Chop the parsley and put it in the soup 2 minutes before cooking, also add black allspice, wine vinegar, chopped garlic cloves.
