Cooking method
In general, soups are the most acceptable food for me, because their consistency ensures proper digestion and they are delicious. In my arsenal there are several dozen different recipes for soups: from meat and vegetables, mushrooms and even fruits. One of my favorites is beef and noodles soup, firstly, it is easy to prepare, and secondly, it is low in calories. How to cook it? I'm telling you. To begin with, we take beef, wash it well and fill it with cold water (you can add dry mushrooms to give a special piquancy). Bring the meat to a boil and cook for 1.5 hours, not forgetting to periodically remove the foam. After this time, cut the carrots and sweet peppers into thin strips, and the onion into thin half rings. We put the prepared vegetables in a saucepan and pour the ready-made beef broth. The cooked meat is cut into small cubes and put back into the broth. Now put the pan on the fire, add salt, pepper, add herbs, pour the noodles and cook until the noodles are ready. The soup is ready!
