Smoked chicken meat can be used not only as a separate ready-made dish, but also to make it part of another. For example, cook a wonderful cheese soup with smoked chicken. We should have chicken broth ready. It can be pre-cooked. Moreover, take for him an ordinary chicken, not smoked. Boiled meat can later be used in another dish, for example, salad. This culinary recipe, in principle, can be changed to your taste. If you have nothing against broth cubes, you can take them.
Cut potatoes into cubes and cook in chicken broth. Separately, we dissolve our melted cheese in hot broth, and then pour the resulting mixture in a thin stream into the main pan. Be sure to mix. Here we also send chopped smoked chicken meat, mushrooms, fresh herbs, salt and spices. Fry croutons in a small amount of vegetable oil and put them in plates with soup.
