  • Buy the cream ahead of time and chill it in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Now let's make the cream cheese frosting: 1. Pour the cream (set aside 50 ml for later steps) into a suitable bowl and start whipping on medium speed with a mixer, gradually increasing the speed. Whip for 6-8 minutes. 2. Then add the powdered sugar and mix with the mixer. 3. Add the cream cheese and mix with the mixer. 4. Chop the chocolate bar onto a plate. 5. Heat the reserved cream in the microwave until boiling and pour it over the chocolate for a couple of minutes. 6. Stir the chocolate and cream until you have a smooth, liquid consistency. 7. Add the melted chocolate-cream mixture to the whipped frosting and mix with the mixer until smooth. If you couldn't find mint chocolate, you can use plain chocolate along with a few mint leaves crushed with a pestle in a mortar. All done!
