Cooking method
Cream for cream must be purchased in advance and left in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
And now we are preparing cream cheese:
1. Pour the cream (leave 50 ml of cream for further steps) into a suitable whipping container and start whipping at medium speed with a mixer, gradually increasing the speed. Beat for 6-8 minutes.
2. Then add powdered sugar and mix with a mixer.
3. Add cottage cheese, mix with a mixer.
4. Chop the chocolate bar into a plate.
5. Boil the cream left for later in the microwave and pour it over the chocolate for a couple of minutes.
6. Mix the chocolate with the cream until a smooth liquid consistency.
7. Add melted chocolate with cream to the whipped cream and mix with a mixer until smooth.
If you have not found mint chocolate, you can use chocolate without additives together with several mint leaves, grinding them with a pestle in a mortar.
