Salad Dressing with Olive Oil, Mustard, and Vinegar

With this dressing, an ordinary vegetable salad turns into an exquisite dish! I'm sharing the recipe for my favorite vegetable salad dressing. It comes out very tasty and zesty, and a seemingly ordinary, familiar salad takes on new shades of flavor! This much sauce is enough to dress a salad for 10 servings, or for several smaller batches.

    1. Pour the olive oil into a container. 2. Add the vinegar to the oil. 3. Add salt and the mixed peppercorns (preferably freshly ground). 4. Add the Dijon mustard. 5. Mix everything thoroughly. 6. Peel the garlic and press it into the other ingredients. 7. Finely chop the fresh herbs (you can use dried herbs). Add them to the bowl too. 8. Mix everything thoroughly. You can even pour the mixture into a small jar with a tight lid and shake well. The finished sauce can be served right away, and it keeps in the refrigerator for several days (in that case, don't forget to shake it well before serving). Enjoy!
