Cooking method
1. Wash the grouse carcass, dry it. It is desirable to marinate the meat in advance, for this we mix lemon juice, dry spices and salt. Rub the grouse with this mixture and leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
2. Heat up a frying pan with a thick bottom, pour vegetable oil and spread the grouse. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
3. Cover with a lid and let the dish stand for 10 minutes, the meat will become even softer and more tender.
