1. For the filling, boil the peeled potatoes, knead it with a pusher, salt and pepper to taste. Add a piece of butter and dilute with hot milk.
3. Form circles from sour dough, put mashed potatoes in the center of each and pinch the edges well.
4. Heat up the frying pan, pour sunflower oil and fry the pies on both sides. Stunningly delicious pies made of sour dough with potatoes are ready!
