Cottage cheese cheesecakes fried with raisins

Very tasty and nutritious cheesecakes for a hearty breakfast! Raisins can be added not only to casseroles, but also to cheesecakes. My children only eat them with raisins. Kind of a surprise for them. The culinary recipe was suggested to me by a friend. I've been agonizing over how to interest my children in cheesecakes. She called it simply "Cheesecakes with raisins."

I want to tell you how to cook them. Take a deep plate. Put a pack of cottage cheese on it. Take a fork and mash it. Then add a little salt, add sugar and break one egg. Next, use a fork to rub everything with cottage cheese and mix. A homogeneous mass of yellowish color should be obtained. For flavor, put another bag of vanilla in the cottage cheese. Wash the raisins. Then put it in another deep dish. Pour boiling water over it. Leave it for about ten minutes. Let it swell. Then drain the water and let it dry. Add it to the cottage cheese and mix well. At the end, carefully pour in the flour and knead the dough. Sprinkle flour on the eye. The dough should be torn. Next, take the frying pan. Pour vegetable oil into it. Warm it up. Make balls or tortillas from the dough, the thickness of which is about one centimeter. Fry them in a frying pan until golden brown. Fry on both sides. On one side you will need about 5 minutes. That's all, enjoy your appetite!
