In this recipe, the main role is played by champignons, and the first thing we need to do is cut them into slices and fry in oil. Then, you need to fry the potatoes, also cut into slices until golden brown. Therefore, the potatoes must not be overcooked, otherwise they will fall apart. Radish and cucumber cut into slices, green apple – small cubes, and fresh herbs and garlic finely chop. Now, mix the ingredients, and you do not need to wait until the potatoes and mushrooms cool down, the whole point is to serve our salad warm. So, after mixing everything, fill with oil, salt and pepper to taste, decorate with the remaining herbs and serve to the table!
