Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Onions are cleaned from the husk and finely chopped with a knife. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up, send the onion first into the pan, fry it over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
Step 2:
Bulgarian pepper is washed, cut into two parts, cut out the seed box with seeds, cut the pulp into small cubes.
Step 3:
Then put the bell peppers to the onion and continue to fry them together for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
Step 4:
Add garlic and sugar, salt, passed through the press, enough for a pinch, since we also use soy sauce, tomato sauce to the pan with vegetables which contain these ingredients. Pour soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, pineapple juice, tomato sauce. For convenience, these components of our sauce can be mixed in a separate container. Stir the contents of the saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 5:
Add a teaspoon of starch and continue to simmer the sauce over the fire, stirring constantly with a spatula, until the sauce thickens. Turn off the fire.
Step 6:
To make the sauce more homogeneous in consistency, you can punch it with a blender. The sauce is ready. This sauce will perfectly complement chicken or pork cooked in an Asian style, and will also be suitable for potatoes, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta as a spicy and spicy gravy. Enjoy your meal!
