Quick Green Onion and Egg Fritters

These fritters are about the fastest thing you can make! Super quick! They belong to that category of "lazy" recipes — some people turn their noses up at them, but plenty of us keep them in our back pocket for when the kitchen clock is ticking and lunch or dinner needs to happen fast.
