Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Let's start with a frying pan – let it warm on a small fire, and we will continue. If you bought peanuts in boxes, release it, that is, half-open it like seeds.
Step 2:
Then, so that the paste does not have foreign odors, sort the peanuts. And it is desirable to get rid of garbage.
Step 3:
Is the pan already well heated? By good, I mean the state when a light smoke comes from the frying pan. So, we put nuts here. Fry on high heat, constantly turn over with a spatula. Don't let the peanuts burn!
Step 4:
It is clear that the husk remains on the cooled nuts. We need to get rid of it, otherwise the paste will spoil. We'll rub them between our palms and blow away all the excess.
Step 5:
And immediately send it to the blender, grind it to a state of medium-sized crumbs.
Step 6:
To what extent do you grind at all? It depends on what consistency you want to get the paste. At this stage I added salt and sugar. We'll turn on the nuts and grind them again.
Step 7:
Next I put honey. And scrolled again until everything was mixed up.
Step 8:
And – the last ingredient, vegetable oil. Add a drop at a time and do not turn off the blender. And so – until you realize that you have got the right consistency.
Step 9:
And it can be tender, as in the picture above, or as in this one – in a jar, however, it does not hold for a long time, since it is impossible not to eat it right away! Don't forget to decorate with something before serving, I rubbed the chocolate.
And more tips
We fry the nuts in one layer – this way they will fry better.
Peanuts can be prepared in the oven – let them turn brown.
You can choose one thing - sugar or honey, molasses or syrup.
The amount of oil is regulated simply – if you want a thicker paste, put less oil, and vice versa. Just don't pour it out right away!
You can make salty pasta. Then, instead of sugar, we put spices, and we regulate the consistency at the expense of oil.
And in general, many ingredients are combined with peanuts in pasta. For example, chocolate or another type of nuts, etc. Experiment!
If you follow the figure, then reduce the amount of sweet or butter.
