Cooking method
Leave a few raspberries for decoration. Pour the rest of the raspberries with sugar, put on fire and boil for 5 minutes, cool. Chop the cookies with a rolling pin or break them into small pieces with your hands. Combine the curd mass with cream and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer until smooth. The curd-cream mass is sent to the refrigerator to solidify for 30 minutes. Milk chocolate is grated on a fine grater.
Take three deep glasses and fill them with cookies, then raspberries, then cottage cheese and cream mass and so, alternating layers, fill all the glasses. Sprinkle the dessert with worn chocolate on top and decorate with fresh raspberries, poison it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
