Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Grease the pita bread with cheese. I like to use"Amber" and"Friendship", sold in plastic tubs
Step 2:
Spread the caviar thinly on the cheese. Sprinkle olives on top, cut into thin pucks
Step 3:
Gently twist the roll across. Without pulling the lavash cloth, in order to avoid tears
Step 4:
You can cut it right away and for this you need to take a very sharp knife with a thin blade. If the knife is blunt, it will squeeze out the contents of the snack, which will spoil the appearance
Step 5:
We cut beautifully, not a single egg was smeared :)
Step 6:
Arrange the fragments of the roll on a plate
Step 7:
The snack behaves well all evening - nothing from the roll leaks and looks beautiful! The most pleasant appetite!
