Cooking method
Thoroughly wash the rice, put it in a saucepan, pour it in a ratio of 1:1.5. Put it to cook on low heat under a closed lid for 15-20 minutes, until all the water evaporates. Leave for 10-15 minutes under a closed lid.
After the rice has stood, put it in a plate, add rice vinegar, stir well and leave to cool.
While the rice is cooling, we prepare the filling. Three crab sticks on a fine grater, add the melted cheese and mix thoroughly.
We put the nori sheets on a bamboo mat (I cut them in half so that the rolls turn out small), spread the cooled rice on the nori in a thin layer, leaving 1-1.5 cm from the far edge of the sheet. In the middle we spread the filling. Using a mat, we make the shape of the rolls, leave it for a few minutes, without removing the mat, so that the roll takes shape. Next, remove it from the mat and cut the roll into 6-8 portions.
Serve them with wasabi, ginger and soy sauce.
