Cooking method
First of all, you need to cook pancakes. To do this, break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk. Add salt and sugar. Then pour in the milk and mix well. Add flour in small portions and mix until smooth, so that there are no lumps. Then pour in clean water and dilute the dough to a more liquid state. Add a little vegetable oil to the dough.
Heat a pancake pan, sprinkle it with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides. Put the finished pancakes in a stack on a wide plate.
Turn the oven on 180 degrees.
Now you need to prepare the filling for pancakes. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into small cubes.
Wash the champignons well under running water and put them in a colander so that the water runs off them. Then cut the champignons into medium cubes.
Wash the shallots, dry them and chop them finely.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan. As soon as the oil is heated, pour the chopped meat and mushrooms into the pan and fry them over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Then add flour to the pan with chicken and mushrooms and mix well. Season the meat and mushrooms with salt and pepper. Then pour in the milk and mix as well. Bring the mixture of milk and flour to a boil. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer everything for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add the shallots and grated cheese. Mix everything well again. Cool the filling.
Evenly distribute the chicken and champignons filling into the pancakes and wrap them.
Put the stuffed pancakes in a baking dish and put them in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and put it on a beautiful dish to serve on the table.
Pancakes stuffed with mushrooms are ready! Bon appetit!
