    Once again, mix everything well until smooth. The pancake batter is ready.

    Onto a preheated, dry non-stick pan, spoon out the batter one tablespoon at a time, shaping each pancake.

    Cook the pancakes for 2–3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface.

    Then flip them and cook for another minute with the lid on.
