Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. The lettuce leaf is meant just for serving, but anyone who likes it can add it to the salad too.
-
Step 2:
Dice the tomatoes (about the size of the beans). Rinse the beans and drain them in a colander. Combine everything in a salad bowl.
-
Step 3:
Make the dressing: in a small bowl, combine the finely chopped garlic, salt, freshly ground pepper blend and vegetable oil. Stir, whisking lightly, so the oil soaks up as much of the spice aroma as possible.
-
Step 4:
Finely chop the herbs and add them to the salad bowl. Dress the salad and toss gently.
-
Step 5:
To serve, lay it on a lettuce leaf. Bon appétit!
- You can also use boiled beans, any color. If using canned, choose plain beans with no sauce.
