Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

1. In the container in which we will prepare the cream, add cheese, condensed milk, squeezed lemon juice and cognac, whisk everything.

2. Add part of the cognac and sugar to the brewed coffee.

3. Dip the cookies in coffee and put them on the mold.

4. Smear with cream and spread the next layer.

5. Decorate the cake with cocoa powder and coffee beans.

6. We leave it in the cold overnight, for impregnation.
