Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Chicken fillet is washed, dried and cut into large cubes.
Step 2:
Peel the onion and cut into medium-sized cubes. You can use half rings or straws.
Step 3:
Pour flour, salt and paprika into the bag, mix. We put the chicken in the same place, close the package and, shaking, breading the meat in flour. We set aside.
Step 4:
Wash and chop the mushrooms. Halves or 4 parts, if large. You can also use thick plates - as you like.
Step 5:
Fry onions with mushrooms in a preheated frying pan with oil. We put them in a bowl for a while.
Step 6:
Put the chicken pieces on the same pan. Fry when necessary - turn over to the other side. Do not over-dry.
Step 7:
We also put the chicken on a plate.
Step 8:
Put butter in a frying pan, pour out the remaining flour, fry the flour until nutty. In the process, add mustard. We spread mushrooms, onions and chicken to the mixture (the French call it roux).
Step 9:
Add sour cream and cream, warm up well and serve to the table. When serving, you can sprinkle with herbs or ground black pepper. Or you can grate a piece of parmesan...
You can cook spaghetti (or other pasta) for such a dish. For 1 serving, you will need 100 g of spaghetti, a liter of boiling water with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of oil. We cook according to the instructions on the package, because the cooking time depends on the type of flour from which the pasta is made.
