Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
First you need to take a piece of toast bread, put it on the board. Take a glass and place its bottom in the center of the sandwich bread, press down well so that a round depression forms in the center.
Step 2:
Put two pieces of boiled and smoked bacon in a frying pan (if desired, you can use raw smoked bacon) and, without adding oil, fry them on both sides over medium heat. After that, remove the pan from the heat.
Step 3:
Take a large-diameter frying pan and put two slices of sandwich bread at once: one ordinary, the other with a round recess (put it down to the bottom of the pan). Dry the bread until light golden brown, then turn the pieces over. In a piece with a recess, beat an egg and salt it to taste. Then cover the pan with a lid and continue frying until the eggs are ready. Then remove the pan from the heat.
Step 4:
Prepare all the ingredients to assemble the toast. To do this, you need to wash the frillis salad and tomato. Cut the tomato into thin round slices. Put a basic crunchy piece of toast bread on the work surface. On it, lay out layers of everything necessary for a prefabricated sandwich, namely: frillis leaves, fried bacon slices, a slice of cheese and chopped tomatoes.
Step 5:
Next, you need to take a piece of sandwich bread fried with egg (if desired, you can pepper the egg on top a little) and put it on top of the rest of the ingredients. Crispy toast for breakfast with vegetables, bacon and egg is ready! Serve it to the table immediately while it is warm.
I love eggs!!! Therefore, almost every weekend at our house for breakfast there is a dish made from eggs on the table. It can be an omelet, just hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs, various versions of poached egg sandwiches, or maybe scramble, for example, with bacon and green onions, or even a pancake biscuit with scrambled eggs and bacon, which is also very tasty! But most often it is, of course, scrambled eggs with pieces of fried boiled sausage and fragrant coffee. However, sometimes I want some variety, and that's why I cook something new and interesting. This time I will share with you a recipe for crispy toast with vegetables, bacon and egg.
