Prague Classic salad

One of the most delicious salads! Don't you believe it? Prepare it! Prague Classic salad is a traditional Czech salad, which is known for its unusual and fresh taste. Different types of meat, fresh vegetables and juicy sweet and sour apple in their combination create an amazing and memorable taste. Also, the salad owes its bright and balanced taste to a special dressing, which includes several ingredients.

We begin the preparation of this delicious salad by washing the pork (and we will need the pulp), after which we use a paper towel to blot the moisture and put the meat on a cutting board. We beat off the meat a little with a special hammer.

Peel the garlic from the husk and cut into cubes. We put the frying pan on a sufficiently strong fire, pour olive oil, heat it well. Put the garlic in the oil, fry, stirring, until fragrant, and then remove the garlic from the pan. Next, we put the meat in a frying pan and fry until golden brown. Do not forget to stir occasionally.

Then we put the meat on a plate, sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper and ground paprika. We stir so that the salt and spices are evenly distributed over the meat. When the meat cools down a little, cut it into cubes.

We put the brisket on a cutting board and cut it into the same cubes as the fried meat. Thinly shred the gherkins. After washing and drying the apples with paper napkins, cut out the cores, and then chop the pulp with the same straw as the gherkins.

Wash the green onion, spread it on a layer of paper towels, blot the moisture on top. We cut the white part with rings, we also cut some green feathers. We combine both types of meat together in a salad bowl, chopped green onions, gherkins, apples.

In a separate bowl, combine together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Mix everything well. We place pre-washed and dried lettuce leaves on serving plates, spread our salad on them, and pour the dressing on top of it. You can serve the dressing separately in a saucepan to water the salad immediately before use.
