Step 1:
Add only salt and pepper to the minced meat. You can also use any seasonings. We form cutlets, the size of your buns. Roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 2:
Finely chop the cucumber. Add mayonnaise, mustard and barbecue sauce 2-3 teaspoons (it is not in the list of products, so I did not add it).you can replace it with ketchup. The sauce is ready.
Step 3:
Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil from 2 sides until cooked. When the cutlets are almost ready, dry the buns in a dry pan until golden brown, cut down. It is important that the buns and cutlets are warm, so when you start drying the buns, the sauce, tomatoes, cheese and salad should be prepared.
Step 4:
