Cooking method
We take a beautiful cream bowl, or a glass of Irish, like mine, and lay out such components in layers as - milk starter 0%, crumble fitness flakes into it, then cottage cheese mass "Mashenka" then cottage cheese, then repeat the layer with "Mashenka". Sprinkle nuts on top and decorate with whole-grain flour cookies.
Variations can be completely different! It all depends on your imagination.
I made variations of dessert with the addition of pomegranate seeds and blueberry puree.
