  • One of my favorite appetizers for the holiday table is ham rolls. This dish always goes over with a bang with my guests. If you want to surprise your friends and family with something new, just follow the simple steps of the recipe. So, we start making the ham rolls by grating the processed cheese and the previously boiled and cooled eggs on a fine grater. Next, crush the shelled nuts in a mortar. Then press the peeled garlic through a garlic press. Now mix together the grated processed cheese, eggs, garlic and nuts, and bind it all with mayonnaise. Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling along the edge of each ham slice and roll them up. Then tie each roll with a thin sliver of green onion. Arrange the finished rolls on a large platter and serve. Enjoy!
