Step-by-step cooking
One of my favorite snacks for the festive table are ham rolls. This food always goes "with a bang" with my guests. If you want to surprise your friends and family with a new dish, follow the simple instructions of the recipe. So, we begin the preparation of ham rolls by grating melted cheese and pre-cooked and cooled chicken eggs on a small grater. After that, the peeled nuts are crushed in a mortar. Then we pass the peeled garlic through a garlic chopper. After that, mix the prepared melted cheese, chicken eggs, garlic, nuts and fill the whole mass with mayonnaise. Now we put about 1 tablespoon of our filling on the edge of each slice of ham and roll them into rolls. Then we tie each such roll with a thin arrow of green onion. Now we put the finished rolls on a large dish and serve them to the table. Enjoy your appetite!
