Step-by-step cooking
Finely chop the garlic leaves, then mix them with cottage cheese.
We cut the fish into thin, thin plates (you can use ready-made slicing), put three plates on top of each other.
We put cottage cheese mixed with garlic in the center, collect the tips of the fish plates in such a bag (the fish sticks to the cheese very well).
We tie our "pouch" with a garlic leaf, and simply cut off the long tips of the leaves.
Straighten the ends of the fish, put red caviar in the middle. The process is completed!
