Cooking method
1. Mushrooms are washed and cut into plates.
2. Peel and chop the garlic.
3. Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat, spread the garlic and cook it for a minute.
4. Add the mushrooms and cook them until all the excess moisture evaporates (about 5 minutes).
5. Pour in the flour, mix with the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until the flour turns golden brown (at the bottom of the pan).
6. Pour in the broth and mix everything well. It is important to mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps of flour.
7. Add thyme and sage sprigs, freshly ground black pepper and salt to the pan. Mix everything well.
8. Let the gravy boil, then turn down the heat a little and cook, stirring constantly, for 7-8 minutes (until desired density).
9. Taste the gravy and add salt if necessary.
