Step 1:
Measure out the ingredients. Wash the vegetables well.
Step 2:
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet. Cut into cubes.
Step 3:
Cut the zucchini into cubes.
Step 4:
Peel the pepper from the seeds and stalks and cut into cubes.
Step 5:
Fry the fillets in a frying pan in olive oil until golden brown.
Step 6:
Add the vegetables to the pan, stir and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Step 7:
Add tomato paste and spices. Mix it up. Simmer over low heat until the vegetables are ready for about 15 minutes.
