Cooking method
1. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, kefir, egg, soda, mix with a mixer or fork into a homogeneous thick mass- batter.
2. Peel the apples, cut out the core. (I peeled 1 apple in the course of frying, so that they would not darken.) Cut into rings. The thinner the ring, the softer the apple will be inside.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Each apple ring is dipped in batter and rolled into flakes of 5 cereals from TM "Mistral"
4. Fry on the smallest fire, so that the breadcrumbs from the flakes do not burn.
