Breaded squid rings
Make breaded squid! It's fast, delicious, and good for you! Squid isn't just a tasty treat—it's genuinely good for you, too. Not only is it far leaner than most any meat we eat, it's also a great source of iodine, potassium, and iron. There are lots of ways to cook this seafood, but my favorite is breaded squid with a zesty sauce.
