Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds.
Step 2:
Grate on a coarse grater, add salt and mix. Wait until the juice is given and squeeze well. The better you squeeze, the easier it will be to fry pancakes. Do not over-salt - there is already salt in the sausages.
Step 3:
Add eggs.
Step 4:
Knead thick dough. Flour may need more or less, it all depends on the size of the zucchini.
Step 5:
Add turmeric and dill. I have - at a minimum, who likes more spicy - feel free to add more.
Step 6:
Knead thick dough. It should not flow from a spoon, but fall in a lump.
Step 7:
Cut the sausages into strips.
Step 8:
Put the pancakes on a preheated frying pan, sprinkle the sausages on top and press them into the dough with your hands or a spatula.
Step 9:
After the pancakes are well gilded from below and turn over and fry until tender.
It's tastier to eat these pancakes hot. Ketchup is good for sauces. Instead of sausages, you can use boiled sausage or ham.
