Step-by-step cooking
Cut the cheese into thin slices (it is better to use a special cheese knife for this). Peel the pears, remove the core and seeds, cut into small cubes. Peeled tangerines are divided into separate slices. The grapes are also separated from the bunch (it is better to take grapes without seeds). Lemons are cut into circles and placed on a wide dish. We take wooden skewers and string our products on them in the following order: one grape, one slice of tangerine, one piece of pear, a square of cheese. We stick each skewer into a lemon circle. Our food – delicious canapes – are ready to eat. It is better to cook them directly in front of the table so that the tangerine slices do not dry out, otherwise it will be tasteless.
