Step-by-step cooking
So, I share the recipe. To begin with, we take a loaf, it is better if it is slightly stale (buy it one day before making sandwiches). In this case, it will not crumble and will not crumple when slicing. So, we cut 15 pieces of a loaf (1 centimeter thick). In advance, we take the butter out of the refrigerator and give it about 15-20 minutes to thaw a little so that it is easier to spread it. Now we take a slice of a loaf and carefully spread them with a thin, but equal layer of butter. The approximate oil layer is 2 millimeters. After that, we also spread red caviar with a spoon in an even layer on top of the oil. The jar is always enough for exactly 15 sandwiches. If you plan to make more sandwiches, then buy more caviar.
