If you have a well-developed imagination and good taste, you don't need to hunt for fruit canapé recipes to put together beautiful compositions for a festive table. The most important thing is probably the compatibility of colors. But then again, sometimes freedom in choosing the color scheme can be justified too. It's going to be delicious anyway, right?) Of course, don't forget about a harmonious match of flavors. For example, pineapple doesn't "sound" very well with lemon. Though that's a matter of individual taste.

When you're going to make fruit canapés (and it's better to use special skewers or long toothpicks for this), take care in advance and buy a wide variety of fruit and berries. The more of them, the better. For example, they can be bananas, apples, pears, strawberries, kiwi, peaches, tangerines, raspberries, grapes and so on. Colors: white, yellow, green, red, purple, orange. It's not a great idea to use berries with pits, like cherries, in such compositions. And it's better to take seedless grapes. It's also a good idea to cut the fruit into more or less small pieces. Cut large strawberries into two halves.
If you want your fruit canapés to look neat and stylish, use this tip. Cut them into pieces of the same thickness. Cut the tip off the largest disposable syringe. And, one by one, squeeze a round out of each piece of fruit, alternating colors. When the syringe is full, pierce all the fruit inside with a skewer and carefully push the contents out with the plunger. You'll get striking "towers" that you'll need to eat quickly.
