- Mix the olive oil, thyme leaves, coarsely chopped garlic, and sea salt. Marinate the cuttlefish in this mixture for 1.5–2 hours. 2. Toward the end of that time, make the salad to serve alongside. 3. Toss together the arugula, halved cherry tomatoes, and anchovies. Dress the salad with a mix of olive oil, chopped garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Season with salt. 4. Sear the marinated cuttlefish on a grill pan for 3 minutes per side. 5. Plate the cuttlefish with the salad and serve. Enjoy!
