Cooking method
I love a spicy salad of sauerkraut and squid for its beauty – it turns out very bright and elegant. And, of course, this food is very tasty and healthy. This salad is very rich in vitamins. It will also be useful for those who watch their figure, as it is low-calorie.
The recipe for canned squid salad is very simple and even the most inexperienced cook will be able to cook it.
Chop the squid into strips.
Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into half rings. Squeeze 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice and put onion half rings in it for 20 minutes.
Chop the carrots in Korean smaller.
Squeeze sauerkraut. Drain the marinade from the mushrooms.
Combine all the prepared ingredients and mix gently, season with corn oil. Leave the salad in the cold for 30 minutes. Sprinkle chopped herbs on top and serve.
If someone likes it even sharper, then I recommend adding a couple of cloves of garlic here.
