Step 1:

Grease the cabbage and pepper with Asian sauce (recipe below) and put it in a grill pan, fry on both sides until ruddy stripes appear. Transfer to a baking dish and grease with sauce again. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5:
Sauce: pour soy sauce, vinegar, orange juice into a saucepan, add ketchup and sugar. Mix all the ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the starch diluted in water, stirring constantly, and boil the sauce until thickened. At the end, add spices and spices to taste.
