    Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cut the meat into medium pieces, onion – quarters rings.

    We set the "Frying" mode for meat - 20 minutes, put butter and onion on top of it and fry for a couple of minutes.

    Spread the meat on lightly fried onions and sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasonings (to your taste), I took dry seasonings - for meat and hops-suneli, bay leaf. Fry for up to 20 minutes (you can 15 minutes - see when the meat is ready).

    While our meat is being fried, we begin preparing vegetables and gravy. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, finely chopped green onions and a spoonful of flour. The rest of the vegetables: potatoes – in quarters, carrots – in half circles.

    When the roasting of the meat is over, spread the potatoes on top of it, salt (quite a bit), add seasoning to the potatoes (optional) and dry parsley (it is dry, it will give more flavor).

    Put carrots on top of potatoes.

    Next, we fill up the floor of the jar of the peas and the juice drained from it.

    Pour milk sauce with green onions on top. Close the lid of the MV and put it in the "Quenching" mode for 1 hour. We check the readiness of potatoes and meat. If a lot of liquid has appeared during the cooking process, then it can be removed, if not enough, then add a little hot water. You can also hold the roast on the "Preheating" mode for 20 minutes.
