Step 1:
Step One. We peel zucchini and potatoes.
Step 2:
Step Two. Three zucchini and potatoes on a fine grater, salt, mix. Leave it for a while, then pour the juice into a glass (it will come in handy later).

Step three. Knead the dough. Sift the flour, add yeast and water. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 4:
Step Four. When the dough rises, mix with a mixture of zucchini and potatoes. If the dough becomes too thick, dilute with juice.
