For pancakes

Beat the eggs to a froth, add salt. Pour in two cups of boiling water, without ceasing to stir. Add two cups of kefir, continuing to stir.
Sift flour, add soda. In small portions, add flour to the kefir mixture. Add sugar and vegetable oil. Mix everything well.
Fry in a well-split frying pan.
For cream
.
Take the curd mass, add sour cream and whisk with a blender to the consistency of cream.We smear the cooled pancake with cream, put thinly sliced slices of canned peaches on top.We put the next pancake and also lubricate it, only we already put thinly sliced canned pineapples.And so every layer, I had 12 layers.
Lubricate the top layer and sides with the remaining cream, decorate with fruits and decorative chocolate.
