Crepe Cake with Fruit
This cake is perfect for any kids' party. I made it for my son's third birthday, and the little ones absolutely loved it.

- For the crepes: Beat the eggs to a froth and add a pinch of salt. Pour in 2 cups of boiling water while stirring constantly. Add 2 cups of kefir, still stirring. Sift the flour and mix in the baking soda, then add the flour to the kefir mixture in small batches. Stir in the sugar and vegetable oil and mix well. Cook on a well-heated skillet. For the filling: Take the sweetened curd spread, add the sour cream, and blend to a creamy consistency. Spread the cream over a cooled crepe and top with thinly sliced canned peaches. Add the next crepe, spread with cream, and top with thinly sliced canned pineapple. Continue layering this way—I ended up with 12 layers. Frost the top and sides with the remaining cream and decorate with fruit and chocolate shavings.
