- Beat the eggs to a froth and add a pinch of salt. Pour in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring constantly. Add 2 cups of kefir, still stirring. Sift the flour and mix in the baking soda, then add the flour to the kefir mixture in small batches. Stir in the sugar and vegetable oil and mix everything well. Cook on a well-heated skillet.
