Cooking method
-
Step 1:
To make these mushroom crepes with hollandaise, start by making the crepes themselves—use your favorite recipe—and prepare the hollandaise sauce. Sauce and crepes ready? Now let's make the filling.
-
Step 2:
Finely chop the onion.
-
Step 3:
Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the onion until soft. Slice the button and oyster mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the onion. Cook until the mushrooms are done, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Step 4:
Right at the end, add a finely chopped clove of garlic (optional) and finely chopped dill or other herbs.
-
Step 5:
Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of filling onto each crepe and roll it up.
-
Step 6:
Fry the filled crepes on both sides until golden.
