    Ingredients. For the filling, I used a ready-ground poppy seed with sugar (left from another recipe, so there is no photo). You can just buy a ready-made poppy mass or dry poppy pour boiling water for 15 minutes, drain the water, and grind the poppy in a mortar with sugar. Take sugar to taste.

    For pancake batter. Mix together flour, sugar and salt.

    Make a hole in the center of the flour mixture, drive 2 eggs into it and pour a third of all the milk. Mix the mixture thoroughly until a smooth, thick dough is obtained.

    Gradually adding milk, bring the dough to the consistency you need. Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, chop the nuts finely.

    Mix nuts and poppy seeds together.

    Pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pancake batter.

    Fry the pancakes on both sides in a well-heated frying pan. For the first pancake, grease the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil.

    Put a thin layer of filling on the finished pancake and wrap it in a tube.

    Served together with your favorite sauce, jam or honey. I served it with chocolate sauce. For him, I mixed together 40 g of finely chopped bitter chocolate, 1 tablespoon of milk and 1 tablespoon of condensed milk. The resulting mixture was heated in the microwave until the chocolate dissolved. Just be careful not to overheat the mixture so that the chocolate does not curdle. Allow the sauce to cool slightly before serving. Bon appetit!
