New Year's Meat Roll

This delicious meat dish is really easy to make! The New Year's meat roll is a gorgeous, hearty main, usually served hot in individual portions. It's a perfect fit for the coming New Year's celebration—a dish that both rounds out and dresses up the holiday table. Use pork here; it's more flavorful than chicken. For the filling, button mushrooms or porcini work well—but if you don't have either on hand, any mushrooms will do.
