Cooking method
1 Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer.
2 Add cottage cheese, salt, vodka, soda and vinegar. Mix it up.
3 Add flour, knead the dough. Flour may need a little more. The dough is like dumplings.
4 Roll out a layer 1 cm thick and squeeze out a glass of circles.
5 Pour vegetable oil into a cauldron or a deep frying pan for 2 cm. The dough should float there.
6 Fry from 2 sides. Crumpets increase in size by 2 times.
7 Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving
