Cooking method
Melt the butter, mix with sugar and heat over the fire until caramel.
Add berries to caramel, pour in warm cognac and set on fire.
Put a ball of ice cream in the center of the finished pancake, put the pancake in a bag, stab it with a wooden toothpick.
Decorate the plate with a caramel pattern, place the sunset flambe beautifully on top. Put a leaf of fresh mint and some fresh berries on the side.
