Beat the eggs well, mix with milk, beat again.
Pour in oatmeal flour (I make it in an electric grinder), a pinch of salt, sugar, beat again.
Grease a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and bake pancakes as usual.
In such pancakes made of oatmeal, you can wrap different fillings or serve with sour cream, jam, honey.
