This salad is nutritious and healthy, will decorate every table, creating a festive atmosphere for it.

Let's cut onion, pork and carrot into strips. Separately, fry each component in a frying pan. Chop the garlic – and the aroma has already spread through the kitchen! We will also cut the potatoes into thin strips. The colander, into which we will put the potatoes, is lowered into boiling salted water. We will boil it until it becomes soft, and pour cold water over it. Now mix all the ingredients and fill our Chinese salad with a mixture of soy sauce and spices, oil and sugar specified in the recipe.

Let's let the salad stand for a while and serve it to the table. The salad can be decorated – as your heart desires – with delicious pine nuts and lettuce.
