Crêpe Cake
A "flop" of a pancake isn't a failure — it's a cake, and a pretty great one at that! My crêpes didn't come out as thin as I'd hoped one day, so I decided to use this recipe instead. It's genuinely easy to make — no special skill or cooking experience required — and just about any cream filling works. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed.

Cooking method
- First, mix up the batter and cook the crêpes. Trim the edges so they're all neat and the same size. Purée the apple in a blender or grate it. Stir the grated apple together with the sour cream and farmer's cheese. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar and mix (or blend) everything until smooth and creamy. Spread each crêpe with the cream, and coat the sides and top of the cake as well. Finish the top with grated chocolate. Your crêpe cake is ready. Enjoy!
